SuperNext AI (supernxt.ai and its tool sub-domains such as headsnap.supernxt.ai) is operated by SUPER NEXT TECHNOLOGIES CO. L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google or by email.
- Files you upload (for example selfies, room photos or old photos) and the results our AI tools create from them.
- Usage and billing data: which tools you use, credits spent, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment providers (Stripe, Tap Payments); we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to keep the service secure.
How we use it
- To sign you in, run the AI tools you request and show your results.
- To manage credits, purchases, refunds and receipts.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the service working.
- To contact you about your account. We send marketing emails only if you agree.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them solely to create and identify your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI processing
To create results, your uploads and prompts are sent to AI model providers (such as fal.ai, Google and OpenAI) that process them on our behalf under their business terms. They are used only to produce your result.
How long we keep data
- Uploaded photos and generated results are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and show your history. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and as long as the law requires.
- You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@supernxt.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the UAE PDPL and the EU/UK GDPR) you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use. Email hello@supernxt.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
SuperNext AI is not for children under 13. Tools that process photos of faces are only for users aged 18 or over.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
