Terms of Service

These terms apply to SuperNext AI at supernxt.ai and all its tool sub-domains, operated by SUPER NEXT TECHNOLOGIES CO. L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the service you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and 18 or older to use tools that process photos of faces or voices.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and payments

• Tools are paid with credits. Prices are shown before you buy and before each run.
• If a run fails, the credits for that run are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or Tap Payments.

Acceptable use

You may only upload content you own or have permission to use. You must not use SuperNext AI to:

• create images, video or audio of a real person without their consent, or to impersonate or deceive;
• create sexual content, content involving minors, or content that is hateful, violent or illegal;
• remove watermarks or infringe anyone's copyright or trademarks;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of credits used for prohibited content.

Your content and results

You keep the rights to what you upload. Subject to these terms and the AI providers' terms, you may use the results for personal and commercial purposes. AI results can be inaccurate; check them before relying on them.

Service and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
